January 08 1 week down....Well, it's been a week! We made it through week one!
Cheers to keeping our New Years Resolutions!

January 01 2008 & removin' weight!!!Day 1- We met at Starbuck's (alone! No kids or husbands allowed!) On 12/29/07 to set our plan in place. Our official start date is Today 01/01/08! And we just found out about The Biggest Loser Million Pound Match Up, which adds to our motivation!
Establishing boundaries!
We have our "weight removal" plan in place!!! (It's not weight loss, because we're not losing it... we NEVER want to find it again!!!) Now we just have to keep each other in check, and stick with it for once!
We've decided to do a super-healthy version of Weight Watchers. We're using points to keep track of our food intake, but also using a check list to make sure we get our daily amount of veggies/fruits, whole grains, water, etc. We've decided to work out 5 days a week to start. (whew!) Three days together, doing cardio and weight training, and an additional two cardio days on our own. Every Saturday morning we are meeting up for our "Weekly Weigh-in!" And every four weeks we will include measurements as well. We're also keeping a daily journal to log all of our success! It will include all of our meals, drinks, exercise, and daily thoughts!
We've given ourselves goals, and broken them down, into parts. We have an ultimate goal... of 100 lbs, each! We also have mini-goals along the way. Our first being 10 lbs. We're also going to give each other a small gift of encouragement, for every 10 lbs that we lose! We figure we have to lose 25 lbs, 4 times! We also have other fun rewards lined up for every 25 lbs, such as trips to the salon for a pedicure, or massage.
We're trying to keep this fun, and keep each other totally motivated! We can do it this time!!!
